Company Signs at Island Dog Park Island Dog Park is sponsoring a fund raising event by selling advertising signs to be hung on the fence surrounding the park. Signs will be installed in early spring and remain in the park until fall. The rate for one sign is $250 with half of the funds going toward improvements to the dog park and the other half covering the purchase of the sign; therefore you may claim one-half as a charitable donation for tax purposes as that amount will be deposited in the 501c3 Friends of Island Dog Park account held by the local management board. In subsequent years, if the sign does not need to be replaced, repaired or changed, the $250 contribution would be fully tax deductable. The sign includes one color art; however, full color signs are available for an additional $75. If interested in participating, please send your payment with the attached form. We will accept sign position requests on a first come, first served basis.

Friends of Island Dog Park is a great group of dog lovers who have joined together to raise money to make improvements at Island Dog Park. One goal is to have lighting installed so the park can be used for longer periods, particularly during the winter months. Smaller projects include additional benches and picnic tables. The group cordially welcomes new members and their pups.
