NEW YORK CITY CHRISTMAS, YOUR WAY!

Enjoy the day on your own in one of the most amazing cities in the world but leave the hassle of driving (and parking!) to us!  Whether you enjoy endless shopping, world-class museums, the Broadway lights or culturally rich sight-seeing & food there is plenty to see and do!  Children may attend with an adult.  Registration fee includes round trip transportation. Cost: $75

ICE! featuring A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS

Bring your friends and family for a holiday treat!  Travel to the National Harbor for Christmas on the Potomac, featuring Ice! at the Gaylord National Harbor Resort.  Watch as Charlie Brown rediscovers the true meaning of Christmas through two million pounds of hand carved ice sculptures.  Then enjoy some time on your own to visit Christmas Village, full of shows and attractions*, within the Gaylord National Harbor Resort or explore the National Harbor.  Trip fee includes roundtrip transportation and admission (1:00 pm) to ICE!, other shows and attractions may have additional fees and are on your own. Cost: $62

 BUS TRIP GUIDELINES

A volunteer(s) will be sought to act as trip chaperone on a first come first serve basis.  As compensation for performing chaperone duties the volunteer(s) will attend free of charge.  If you are interested in volunteering as chaperone please contact the Queen Anne’s County Parks & Recreation, 410-758-0835 x. 2532 or email Stacy Voorhees at svoorhees@qac.org.

 

Queen Anne’s County Department of Parks & Recreation reserves the right to cancel a trip at any time if it does not meet the minimum registration requirement by the registration deadline.  At which time all registered participants will receive a full refund. (A minimum of 35 participants are required by the posted deadline for each trip to continue.)

 

Refunds will not be issued unless your trip package can be resold or the trip is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled.  Refunds will not be issued until after the trip takes place and may take up to 2 weeks to process.  (Exceptions due to severe injury or illness will be at the discretion of the Department of Parks & Recreation  management.)

 

A Queen Anne’s County Department of Parks & Recreation Waiver & Release form must be signed by every participant.  If the participant is a minor, the form must be signed by a parent or guardian.
