YOUTH VOLLEYBALL OPEN GYM, AGES 10 – 14

Youth volleyball open gym is geared towards middle school age athletes looking to learn or improve volleyball skills and techniques.  Participants will engage in small group activities and pick-up games.  Cost:  $50.00

QAC BASKETBALL SKILLS CAMP, AGES 7 – 13

Purpose: This camp is designed for anyone who is trying to improve his or her individual skills, especially ball handling and shooting. A variety of offensive skills are explained and demonstrated. Practice the skills and apply them in variety of drills and games. Focus: Through conditioning, drills and structured competitive settings, athletes will learn the fundamentals of the game of basketball. All athletes will be instructed from their present ability level with added emphasis on raising their overall basketball I.Q. Participants should be able to dribble with both hands and play on a “regulation” size basket. Cost: $70

INDOOR PICKLEBALL

Come play the game with the funny name! A paddle sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Pickleball is gaining popularity all across the United States because it is appropriate for all ages and athletic abilities! A limited number of paddles are available, or bring your own. Pre-registration is required.

OPEN GYM FOR YOUTH WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, ALL AGES 

Sports Activities for Youth with Disabilities is a unique recreational program designed so that children with any type of disability can participate in sports, particularly if their disability makes it difficult for them to join other mainstream programs. Activities will be tailored to meet the interest and ability level of each participant. The kids can learn basic skills and participate on an individual basis with a small group in basketball, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, hockey, volleyball, bowling and kickball. A parent or guardian is required to attend and may help or participate as needed. Cost: $75
