Failure to pay the outstanding balance due by the final payment deadlines will result in denied attendance and forfeiture of non-refundable deposit.
SIBLING DISCOUNTS – Sibling Discounts may be available for camps costing $100 or more. A $25 discount will apply for the second and subsequent sibling(s); to receive the discount siblings must live in the same household and be registering for the same program/session. Sibling Discounts are not available for any camp that is run by an outside vendor.

Are your kids itching to get outside and be one with nature? Then this is the summer camp for them! Join the staff of Queen Anne’s County Parks & Recreation as we offer a fully interactive and engaging Nature Camp. Each session, camp participants will travel to numerous locations (Parks and nature centers) to enhance their knowledge and enthusiasm for the great outdoors. Your child will be joined by numerous outdoor enthusiasts and experts as they explore the outdoors by land and boat, learn about the ecosystems and the wildlife that inhabits them, practice outdoor conservation skills, enjoy unstructured play and observe the wonders of nature and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. This educational camp will be one that your children will never forget! Campers must bring a bag lunch, two snacks, plenty of water each day, clothing and shoes that can get wet or damaged. Sun screen and bug spray are also highly recommended as most of the day will be spent outdoors. Cost: $175 per session

KAYAKING 101 | AGES 10 – 15
Have your kids ever expressed interest doing kayak trips but aren’t sure if they have the basic knowledge about kayaking? This program will allow your kids to get the one on one instruction to give them the confidence to safely tackle the waterways in Queen Anne’s County. There is no better way for your kids to get fully immersed in the unique ecology of Queen Anne’s County’s bodies of water. Each day, we will venture into the water and explore what it has to offer. This summer camp is appropriate for all abilities, including first time paddlers.
Program includes: Water recreation safety, proper paddling techniques and instruction and guided kayak tours.
Equipment Included: Coastal Kayaks, coast guard approved PFD’s and paddles. Please bring closed-toed water appropriate shoes, swimsuit or clothing that is water appropriate, sunscreen, a refillable water bottle, bagged lunch, towel/ dry clothes and bug spray.
Camp will be canceled for inclement weather or any Small Craft Advisories due to dangerous tides or water conditions. Please note that Friday will be our make-up date for inclement weather for both sessions. Cost: $80 per session
