Learn boating skills IN THE CLASSROOM with a skilled instructor and earn your valid certificate of boating safety from the Maryland Department of Natural Resources. The topics that will be covered include types of vessels, MD regulations, what to do in an emergency, navigational aids, marine weather, paddle craft responsibility, personal watercraft safety, and much more. This course meets the Maryland Boating Safety Education Act requirement needed for persons born on or after July 1, 1972, to operate a motorized vessel on Maryland waters. $30 per person
